About The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Mailroom Operator based in Melbourne to assist our client in providing the entire input and output value chain, including physical and digital mailrooms and corporate office services.
As a member of the Mailroom team, you will support a major American technology corporation, leading in the manufacturing of personal computers and printers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Mailroom, document and distribution services;
- Reception and switchboard operation;
- Concierge and hospitality services;
- Office management services;
- Managed print and reprographics;
- Loading dock and logistics;
- Archive management and live filing services;
- Supplier management services;
- Digital mailroom and digital mailbox;
- Document imaging and workflow management; and,
- Accounts payable and receivable solutions.
